Hurling Blitz

On Thursday 12th June, the SS Peter and Paul's Hurling Team took part in the annual Balbriggan Parish Hurling Blitz in O' Dwyers. The team was made up of children from First and Second Class.  After five tough matches, our school was declared the winner with a win in the final over a talented Balscadden side. The children were great sports, congratulating the other teams in the tournament. A special thank you must be made to Barry and the rest of the people in O' Dwyers who organised the event. It was great fun and everyone involved had a very enjoyable day. Congratulations to our champion Hurlers: Sean Creamer, Jamie Murray, Daniel Nolan, Callum Tierney, Shane Clarke, Callum Johnston, Ryan Tiernan, Adam Kenny, Daniel Kelly, Noah Lyons, Matthew Stuart & Darragh Cullen. You have done the school proud!
